What are the payment options?

All online orders can be paid with any debit/credit card with the Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express logos on it.

What is your return policy?

At this current time all sales are final.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time, however, we are working on electronic gift cards so please check back with us soon.

Are your products Cruelty Free?

Yes, our products are Cruelty Free. We do not test on animals!

Where are the products made?

All cosmetic products (skincare and color) are made in the U.S.A. Lashes are made in China.

Where are you located?

We are an online store only. Magdalena Peña cosmetics- PenYaColor headquarters is located in Niles, Michigan.

Is there a pick up or drop off service available?

No, pick up or drop off service is not available.

Can I put products on hold?

No, due to high demand we currently can not hold products without full payment.

How can I book a "Make-Over"?

You can book all services by going to the "Services" button on the menu for complete instructions.

Where do you deliver/ship to?

We ship nationally and internationally. If you are outside of the U.S.A. please contact via phone or e-mail prior purchase. Shipping and handling fees apply.

Do you charge shipping?

We do charge for shipping and handling which also includes the processing of your order. Shipping and Handling ranges on the quantity and weight of your purchase. Most shipping and handling costs average less than $5.00.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, it is mandated that we charge sales tax. The Michigan tax rate is 6%

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders from the U.S.A that have been paid in full, will ship within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to two days for processing. All orders over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Online business days include Monday through Friday. We observe all national holidays and orders will be processed during the next regular online business day. All orders are shipped through U. S. Postal Service.

What if I have an allergic or adverse reaction to a product?

Discontinue use if irritation develops or increases. If irritation persists consult with a health care practitioner. All products are "use at your own risk". It is the Clients responsibility to know the ingredients in which they are allergic to. All product ingredients are provided on our website shop page linked to the product also ingredients are printed on each packaged item. Do not use products in eyes or other mucous membrane areas. Do not share cosmetic/skincare products to reduce you risks of reactions or infection. Please use products on clean and dry skin. Do not use product if box or product looks defective or tampered with.
